Assembly & Equipment Building

At A & S Fabricating Company, we surpass our clients’ expectations in assembly and equipment building services. We have in-house capabilities to construct custom build equipments and systems through various engineering and productivity sessions. We provide trained production specialists to perform your assembly as well as equipment building services. We offer precision assemblies for hydraulics, pneumatics, and piping. 

Heavy Industrial Repair

We have the capabilities to make modifications to an existing system and remanufacture integral components. Our hydraulic presses, with capacity up to 150 tons can meet various straightening needs. We perform a wide range of repair services including Inner Cover repair, Coke Hopper repair, Superstructure repair, Potshell repair, Skim boom repair, Crucible repair, and other heavy parts repair services.

Heavy Metal Fabricating & Heavy Welding

A & S Fabricating Company offers extensive range of in-house metal fabrication services to provide custom-engineered metal products. Our heavy metal fabrications are tailored to your unique requirements based on your drawings.  We start with quality unprocessed materials to construct equipment and various configuration structures.  We finish your project allowing you to reduce your sourcing time and costs.

We can provide precision welds on small or large quantity runs with a rapid turn around time. Our efficient and experienced team will support our customer requirements in alll aspects.  With over 30 welding machines ranging from 250 to 800 amp, we offer various types of ARC welding processes including including SAW (Submerged), SMAW (Shielded Metal), GMAW (Gas Metal), FCAW (Flux Cored), and GTAW (Gas Tungsten).  Our welders are AWS D1.1 certified.

Large Machining

Our large machining services ensure tight tolerances and hence perfect geometry of final parts. With our equipment and experience in Large and Small machining services, we can satisfy custom manufacturing needs. We use various cutting tools including single point cutting tools and multiple cutting edge tools. We perform various machining processes including Turning, Drilling, Tapping, Milling, Shaping, Boring, Grinding, and Broaching services. We can offer Vibratory Stress Relieving in-house and can easily outsource heat treating and Thermal Stress Relieving.

Painting & Coating

Value added services such as sandblasting, painting, and coating enhance the customers part and ensures a complete part when shipped.  Our inside Sandblast room is 55'-0 wide x 75'-0 long.  Using Black Beauty media, we can offer SSPC-SP1 up to a SSPC-SP10 blast specification.  Our insulated paint room is 50'-0 wide x 75'-0 long. Physical properties such as wear resistance, adhesion, and scratch resistance are also added as well as enhanced external appearance of components.  We offer Airless/Pot Spraying Services, and can easily outsource anodizing, black oxidizing, hot dipped galvanizing, and plating.

We accept DWG, DXF (preferred), JPG, PDF, TIFF electronic drawings and files. We use Autocad 2004 program along with Sigma nest program that can be transferred to our CNC Plasma/Burning machine.
